1. Custom Printed Orders: All our products are custom printed to meet your specifications.  This means that every order is produced exclusively for you.  We do not keep an inventory of pre-printed items.

2. Returns and Refunds: Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless there is a product defect.  We highly recommend reviewing your order carefully before confirming, ensuring that all details, including size, color, and design, meet your expectations.

3. Product Defects: In the rare event that you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order. We may require you to provide photos or other documentation to assess the issue.

4. Refund Process: If your product is confirmed to have a defect, we will gladly issue a replacement.

6. Cancellation Policy: Once an order has been confirmed, it enters our production process immediately.  As a result, we are unable to accommodate order cancellations.  Please double-check your order before finalizing the purchase.
